Ben majored in Health & Human Performance at Roanoke College. He has many years of hands-on experience with clients and students ranging from 12-70 years of age, educating them on the importance of health in everyday life, mentally, spirituality, physically, and emotionally. His education and certifications in Personal Training, Wellness Education, Health Coaching, and Substance Abuse Counseling make him a perfect fit for the Blue Ridge Telehealth team.
